tykeonsol is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, blockchain network delays, third-party exchange failures, or user error in placing cryptocurrency orders.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, trading algorithms, blockchain data visualizations, and tykeonsol branding are the exclusive intellectual property of tykeonsol. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tykeonsol's total liability for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

This limitation applies to all claims — whether relating to cryptocurrency losses, blockchain errors, data breaches, or service interruptions.

Third-Party Services

Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your tykeonsol login credentials and two-factor authentication device. Unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence is not covered by tykeonsol's security guarantee.

Your Rights

You may close your tykeonsol account at any time. Pending cryptocurrency trades or blockchain withdrawals will be settled before final account closure. Accrued fees are non-refundable.

Changes to Terms
